Graphite Packing Reinforced with Metal Wire is braided from each graphite yarn reinforced with a SS304 or SS316 metal wire. Combines the benefits of braided packing with the sealing efficiency of pre-formed pure graphite rings; high pressure- and extrusion resistance; excellent thermal conductivity; suitable for a wide temperature range.
SS304 or SS316 metal wire reinforced flexible graphite braided packing is self-lubricating, non-hardening, dimensionally stable and resistant to gases and fluids as well as heat, pressure and chemicals. Its high temperature flexible graphite and Inconel wire filament jacket braiding affords mechanical stability while the advanced construction provides leakage control and high integrity in service
